Immunization Information

7th Grade Entry Requirement - IMMUNIZATIONS

Greetings Glen Edwards Middle School parents and guardians. To help protect students and schools, all students entering, advancing or transferring into 7th grade for the 2015-2016 school year need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization, called “Tdap."

If your student has not had a booster shot yet, or you are not sure, this is a great time to schedule an appointment with a healthcare provider.

If your student has already received the booster shot, please drop off a copy of the Tdap booster to the front office so we can update our records. Thank you for helping keep our school community healthy.
